All accounts must purchase a minimum order of $200.00

PAYMENT OF ORDER
All orders are shipped C.O.D

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must first be approved by INTERTRADE Company and must be accompanied by an invoice. No goods shall be accepted if returned later than seven (7) daysfrom date of receipt by customer.

CLAIMS
All claims immediately upon receipt. Any claim for damage caused by carrier or delivery company must be made with that company.

SHIPPING
All orders are considered F.O.B INERTRADE, Jacksonville, Florida, unless otherwise previously approved.

QUANTITIES
We reserve the right to limit order quantities.

WARRANTIES
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other, which extend beyond the manufacturer's description on the label of each product.

LIABILITY
INTERTRADE shall not be deemed responsible nor held liable for any damages or claims for injuries, whether intentional or accidental, relating to the use of misuse of any product.
